Payment Information

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Cash

  • Personal Check

  • Automatic Bank Account Draft

  • Visa & MasterCard

  • FSA & HSA Debit Cards

Zero interest payment plans are available.  We also offer a bookkeeping courtesy discount to those who opt to make full payment at the start of treatment. We honor treatment fee estimates for three months.
